Shipping

Shipping is determined at check-out and dependant on location, weight and size of artwork. In some cases shipping is included. 

At this stage we ship to Australia only - no international shipping. 

• Framed paintings are sent with courier and shipping times are set accordingly.
• Smaller items, watercolour painting and prints are sent with Australia post.

We aim to ship all orders within 24 hrs (during the week) or the next working day (during weekends).

Returns

Original paintings can only be returned if they are faulty or damaged and must be returned within a 7 day period from receiving the artwork. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

Please choose carefully when making a purchase.

Please email us at info@danielpapart.com with your request for refund. Please note that return shipping costs will not be carried by Daniel Pap Art.

• The artwork must be repackaged as it was when delivered and we will arrange for the work to be picked up.
• The cost of return shipping will be covered by us and subtracted from the amount refunded once the art has been delivered back.

** The 7 day return period doesn’t apply to Limited Edition prints. These are considered Final Sale due to the nature of the product.
